And, we're also offering a nice update to the Scheduling Portal flow.

You'll soon be able to decide how you want Informed Consent and Automated Vet Referrals handled at the time of booking.

This is especially handy for our Veterinary Provider-Members, who may not need these. You'll find these settings at the very bottom of your Scheduling Settings, and be functional by next week.

Required to send every Note after every visit? No problem!

On your Animal's page, click the Send Records settings icon and choose which Contacts you'd like all your future Notes to be automatically sent to once they're Finalized.

And, don't worry if you're at a barn with no wi-fi. Once you connect to a strong internet signal, we'll batch and send them for you, automatically.

SERVICES REORDERING

You can now easily reorder your Services to your preference. This is how they will appear publicly when presented during the Scheduling flow for clients.

Here's how to get there: Settings > Scheduling Settings > Clinician > Choose Clinician > Scroll down to Services > Hold on the handle and drag to reorder.
