Dr. Amanda having a 'moment' with Luigi in between patients. Yes, Luigi had a growth removed off his left facial side (benign).
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with animal chiropractors in every stage of
practice, from brand new providers finding their footing… to highly respected doctors with schedules most would envy.
And there’s a quiet sentence I hear more often than you might expect.
It usually isn’t said dramatically. Often it slips out casually.
"I love what I do… I just didn’t expect it to feel this heavy."
Not because the work isn’t meaningful...it is. Few professions create the kind of impact you do.
But because somewhere along the way, the administrative weight, constant mental tabs, and responsibility of carrying
everything alone began to accumulate.
🤦♀️ Notes waiting at the end of a long day.
🤦♀️ Records to send.
🤦♀️ Clients to follow up with.
🤦♀️ Messages to return.
Even when you’re “off,” a part of your brain rarely is.
Here’s something I want to gently remind you of:
Just because you can carry it…
doesn’t mean you were meant to carry it alone.
The most sustainable practices I’ve observed over the years aren’t built by the doctors willing to grind the hardest.
They’re built by the ones who decide their energy is too valuable to spend on things that systems can handle.
Because when the operational side of a practice
becomes lighter…
You don’t just gain efficiency.
You gain patience. Presence. Mental space.
You gain more of yourself back, which is exactly who your patients and clients need.
This belief is what led
us to build ChiroSimple. Not simply to organize a practice, but to support the person running it. That's you!
To reduce the invisible load.
To help success feel the way many imagined it would when they first started...sustainable, fulfilling… even
calm.
