Dr. Amanda adjusting Alfi. Look how excited he is about this, lol.
One conversation has repeated itself to me over the years.
It usually starts like
this:
"I wish I had simplified things sooner."
Not because someone couldn’t handle the workload...animal chiropractors are some of the most capable professionals I know. Rather, it's because they carried unnecessary weight
for far too long.
🤦♀️ Follow-ups done manually.
🤦♀️ Notes piling up.
🤦♀️ Systems living in their head instead of somewhere reliable.
They adapted… pushed through… worked longer…
Until one day they realized:
Practice felt harder than it should.
Here’s what I’ve learned after working with providers across the country:
The
most peaceful, stable practices aren’t built by the people willing to grind the longest.
They’re built by the people willing to remove friction early.
The ones who decide,
"Just because I can carry this… doesn’t mean I
should."
If things have felt heavier than expected lately, it might not be a capacity issue.
It might just be time for better support.
