"I'm starting over...again!" 🤦

Well, here I go...again. This is the 4th time I'll be starting my practice over from zero. Here's the deets (for context) you need to
know: ✅ I relocated to a brand new state/city. ✅ I don't know anyone. I'm all on my own. ✅ I just leased a space for 5-years. I'm all in. ✅ The state I'm in (now) has more strict animal chiropractic regulations/rules than my previous state. ✅ Of all the other
places I've practiced, my current area has the least awareness of chiropractic and even less awareness (ie: near zero) for animal chiropractic. ✅ The population of my town is 2k, by far the lowest population city I've ever attempted to start my business. Clearly, just about everything is against my success... Whether you're a veterinarian (animal chiro provider) or a chiro-animal-chiro (like me), I hope this info helps you -- I've proven its effectiveness 4-times in 4 states over the last (almost) 2-decades. A bit of context...I built the most successful (financially) animal chiropractic practice in the state of Washington before moving last August. I'm not sharing this with you
to boast. Rather, I'm helping you recognize the value of my experience and knowledge. And, I hope more than anything, something I share here can add value to your business and life -- I care about you, and want to see you successful and happy. Most importantly, I want you to be able to help more animals -- that's my purpose and helping you is partially how I get closer to helping all the animals on the planet with what we do. They all deserve us. Oh, and let's not forget...I'm starting over from zero. Zero patients, zero income, rent is due every month! There are far more to name, but this is (at least) a starting list for you.
WHAT DOESN'T WORK (top 3) I figured I'd start with a list of things that will waste your time/money. Disclaimer: Your experience may be different. This is by far not black/white. These are just my personal experiences. If anything I write below triggers you, please re-read this disclaimer. - Networking Groups, such as: BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc. Great people. Terrible results.
You feel productive, but your results don't match.
- More Certifications/Credentials. This will most definitely provide you with more tools to help animals, but it won't build your practice.
- Lack-Luster EHR Visit Notes. ie: Human EHR programs "modified" to inadequately create/store your animal chiro Notes, hand-typed Notes
in your phone/word document/etc, and the worst offender...God forbid, hand-written Notes of any kind. This one is here because it's so significant (negatively) that ignoring this will most definitely cause substantial, quiet/unknowingly, headwinds against your growth. (Hint: yes, I've done all of these)
WHAT WORKS (top 3) In my experience, it doesn't matter where you are...following these actions will build your business. But, you'll need to stay committed and consistent. - Boast-Worthy ChiroSimple Notes. Yup, I said it. And, I'm unapologetically mentioning my program because I built ChiroSimple to solve for this problem, and we've proven time and time again - it 100% works! Your Notes are a direct reflection of your competency in what you do. Your Notes tell
patients and other professionals (referral sources) that you are an expert. It's the single most important reason I've been able to grow my animal chiro
practices, successfully 4 times -- I'm certain of it. And we've got hundreds of members who would attest the same. If you're not using ChiroSimple as the most significant practice-growing tool, you're not only missing out on your full potential, you may be unknowingly, undermining your professional reputation, as well.
- Social Media. If you're still ignoring social media in 2026, it's time to get with the
program. It's 100% free marketing! And, it absolutely works. Post often, on as many platforms as possible. Here's my big take-away...it's hard. Value over volume. You've got to add value. If you're just posting random pics, or sharing other posts, this isn't going to work. Selfie videos! Add value, value, value! Then scale it with ads once you start to see progress.

Forms. Veterinarian's are insanely busy and overwhelmed (even more than us chiro's are, if you can believe it). The last thing they want, is to have to sign a faxed referral form, scan it in, attach it to an email, or have to fax it back (analogue). News flash! We live in a digital age! Make their lives easier, and make certain the process is impressively simple.
I built
