GOOGLE CALENDAR INTEGRATION

You asked, we delivered. 

With our new Google Calendar integration, you can easily connect your ChiroSimple calendar with your Google Calendar on your phone/laptop.

This will sync all new appointment (it's not backward compatible). 

This is a really slick feature, helpful to keep you more organized.

USER ROLES: Staff / Clinician

Until now, all "Add-on-Users" (formerly "Add-on-Clinicians"), were treated as Clinicians.

Now, you can properly define their Role, as a Support Staff or Clinician.

Clinicians:

• Have full Note editing/saving functionality.
• And other higher-level program editing capabilities.

Staff:

• Cannot Finalize/Delete Notes.
• Have full Scheduling-management capabilities.
• Full Note-Send capabilities.
• Can create Draft Notes, but cannot Finalize them.

This is critical security and malpractice issue, so make sure you edit the Roles of all your Add-on-Users today.

If the User is not a Clinician, they should 100% be designated as Staff.

REMOTE INFORMED CONSENT & VET REFERRAL ON/OFF

In your Scheduling Settings, you've now got more control whether to include or exclude the Vet Referral Request with every new appointment.

Additionally, you can decide if you'd like include the Informed Consent in-line, during the Scheduling process. This is a highly requested feature!
